It really doesn’t matter too much if you have slipped off the rails a little bit and indulged your craving for a takeaway meal or a large amount of chocolate.
Right now it’s about getting the balance right between eating properly and reducing portion sizes and relaxing and making sure you feel good and take an evening out but to stay indoors!
So if you are struggling with your diet, or you have given up don’t be harsh on yourself. There is no shame in having a slice of cake. We all love it, especially if they are homemade. Cake, I believe, is happy food for the soul, just don’t have too much of it.
So stop. Take a little time to rethink how you can make it work or create a diet that you stick with to read your goals.
