Your membership will start off with a health assessment for both of us to understand how you are working and to look at health and life goals. This will be done over a Zoom call at your convenience.

• We will have three monthly check-ups to stage your health progress. 

• You will have be able WhatApps me during the working week with any questions or concerns that you have. 

• You can book fortnightly Zoom meetings with me for 1:1 check-ins and updates. 

• Regular information straight through to your mailbox, for you to read when it suits you. 

• There are a variety of topics and from each topic you will learn about nutrition, your VSG, making healthier lifestyle choices, and lots more.

• You can request a monthly zoom call with me so that we can discuss any issues or questions that you have about your wellbeing.
