Health is one element that you have total control over. If you look and feel good on the outside, imagine how you would feel with a healthy inside body! The answer is simply amazing.


People fear dieting, and people want a quick fix. I have a friend who says that the best that works for her is eating all meat and fat, but has it worked in losing weight and gaining a healthy, strong body? Sadly not. She eats what she wants and then binges on diets with low carbing. Let’s hit the repeat button with this dieting method. There is a correct way too low carb, and if done correctly, it can be successful. Most diets are restrictive and not possible to maintain. Most diets leave you craving with you cannot eat. Most diets make you focus on what you are going to eat next.


Eating needs to be enjoyable and sustainable, but overall perfect for wellbeing. Foods that support the immune system, food that gives you a healthy gut, and food that makes your soul strong. Food that you want to eat. Time spent planning meals and clever shopping lists is not time wasted. If you add up the hours you wander around shopping malls looking for the fitting jeans and tops to wear, you have time to adjust your eating habits positively and productively.


Time preparing meals and eating good tasty food is never time to be rushed. Slow down, relax and enjoy the process of designing, cooking and eating. Bring back home time to your life.


As we all know, we start a diet strong-minded and determined, but after a couple of days, this dwindles, and the old habits return as a little treat and then before you know it, you are back where you started.
